The 1,400HP AWD Porsche has been built to tackle for formidable Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. As always with anything Hoonigan has every detail considered and pays homage to the “Pink Pig” Porsche 917/20 Le Mans racer.
Following on from the 1965 Mustang Hoonicorn the Porsche Hoonipigasus has been built by Pikes Peak winning Porsche experts, BBi Autosport in partnership with Mobil 1 to tackle the hill climb in June this year.
This won’t be Ken Block’s first time taking on the hill as he raced in his first year of racing in 2005 in a 200hp Group N rally car. With a dream to compete, this will be Block’s chance at success and his first real go at the hill climb.
As well as the incredible engineering efforts, the exterior has been finished by internationally acclaimed street artist Trouble Andrew (aka Guccighost, real name: Trevor Andrew) and features the red Mobil Pegasus™ and pays homage to the “Pink Pig” Porsche 917/20 Le Mans racer.
We can’t wait to see this go up the hill.
